Keewatinohk Inniniw Minoayawin Inc. (KIM) invites you to apply for an opportunity to advance the health and wellness of First Nations people in Manitoba. KIM was established in 2020 as a First Nations-led health transformation entity by the Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak (MKO) Chiefs Task Force on Health. KIM’s high-functioning, dedicated team of health and administrative professionals work together with First Nations to transform health and wellness services and improve health outcomes.
The Health Benefits Analyst will have experience with finance and administration along with excellent communication skills to assist with the management and monitoring of KIM’s health and wellness service agreements. The Analyst will support KIM management by notifying service providers of reporting requirements, ensuring efficient processing of payments to service providers, and auditing accounts to verify costs and payments. As well, tracking of reports and payments are critical to the work of the Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in finance and/or administration. Must have proficient computer skills (MS Office; Excel, email, internet, Word and PowerPoint). The Analyst will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
