In today’s workplace we encounter many different kinds of documents and they can be overwhelming! They come in many varieties: labels, lists, forms, charts, graphs and drawings. They all include a small amount of reading and perhaps writing, and a large amount of interpretation. In this session you will learn how to navigate documents- like using a roadmap- to find, use and input the information needed so you can complete your work tasks efficiently.
