“On behalf of MKO, I send heartfelt sympathy to Chief Hubert Watt and the family of Leonard Bland during the tragedy they are facing as a family and as a community. I also commend the heroic efforts of all as the recovery search continues.
The leadership Chief Watt has portrayed throughout the ordeal is admirable as he maintains his presence at the site providing ongoing support. MKO stands with Chief Watt, the family of Leonard Bland, and the community of Gods Lake during your time of sorrow and need.”
~Grand Chief Garrison Settee
