On June 28, 2021, an event called “Youth Indigenize the Senate Virtual Round Table” will take place.
This event is part of Youth Indigenize the Senate, an initiative that brings together Indigenous youth and senators from across Canada to ensure young Indigenous voices are heard and represented in the Senate.

Youth bring unique insight into what is happening in their communities and offer a fresh perspective on what needs be done to make life better in their community. This year, they are invited to share stories and experiences of the pandemic with senators in small group discussions held virtually on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 12 noon Central Time.

Do you know a First Nations, Métis, or Inuit youth who is making a difference in their community? Nominate one incredible Indigenous youth (18 – 35 years old) in your community to share their story!

Complete this nomination form before Friday, May 14, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
