Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc., Ma-Mow-We-Tak Friendship Centre, Keewatin Tribal Council, and the Manitoba Metis Federation are hosting a Mayoral Candidates’ Question & Answer forum on urban Indigenous issues in Thompson ahead of the 2022 Municipal Election.

Where: Ma-Mow-We-Tak Friendship Centre, located at 4 Nelson Road in Thompson, MB
The chair of the Thompson Urban Aboriginal Strategy, Charlene Lafreniere, will moderate the forum, and there will be time for the urban Indigenous population in Thompson to ask questions to the candidates.
